Return and Exchange Policy

At HoneyBees Designs For You, we take pride in creating unique and meaningful products and services. Because many of our offerings are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, our return and exchange policy varies based on the type of item purchased.

1. Vintage Pieces

All vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale.
Due to their pre-loved nature and uniqueness, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit.

  • If your vintage item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
     
    • Order number
       
    • Description of the issue
       
    • Photos of the damage and packaging
       

2. Custom Pieces

Custom orders are made to order and personalized for each customer, and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Please double-check all personalization details (e.g., names, sizes, colors) before placing your order.
     
  • Replacements will only be offered if your item arrives with an error made on our part.
     

3. Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

POD items are produced and shipped via third-party providers based on your order specifications. As such, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged or misprinted items
     
  • Incorrect item sent
     

If you receive a defective POD product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
     
  • Photos of the product issue
     
  • A clear description of the problem
     

We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

4. Event & Party Decor Services

Due to the nature of scheduling, planning, and customization involved in our event décor consultations and services:

  • All service bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
     
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial credit, which can be used toward future services.
     
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 14 days of the event) are not eligible for refund or credit.
     

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (where allowed), your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
     
  • Be in original packaging
     
  • Include a proof of purchase
     

Returns or complaints made outside of the outlined timeframes above may not be honored.
