At HoneyBees Designs For You, we take pride in creating unique and meaningful products and services. Because many of our offerings are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, our return and exchange policy varies based on the type of item purchased.
All vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale.
Due to their pre-loved nature and uniqueness, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
Custom orders are made to order and personalized for each customer, and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable.
POD items are produced and shipped via third-party providers based on your order specifications. As such, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:
